La braderie de l’Art was born in 1991from Fanny Bouyagui’s creative and original idea.
A kind tribute to the famous rummage street sales in northern France, and the will to create an atypical event.
La Braderie de l’Art is neither a trade show nor a christmas market, it’s a free creation place where items found a new life and a new owner.
It’s a real occasion to give thought about consumption society and its waste.
The concept is easy : to lock more than 150 artists  during 24 hours.
Designers, painters, graphic designers, graffiti artists working continuously in public from salvaged materials and items, and selling their work themselves between 1 and 300 euros.
An approachable art for everyone during 24 hours !
